Not the Marketplace. This website is not the Health Insurance Marketplace® website and is not Healthcare.gov. TCC is an independent broker/agency and not a federal or state Marketplace.
Licensing & availability. Not all agents are licensed to sell all products. Product availability and eligibility vary by state and by carrier guidelines.
Compensation disclosure. Sales agents may be compensated by insurance carriers and/or other product providers based on a consumer’s enrollment in a plan. Compensation may vary by product type, carrier, and plan.
No obligation to enroll. You are under no obligation to enroll in any product discussed. Submitting information for quotes or speaking with an agent does not require you to purchase coverage.
Quote accuracy. Any quotes or premium estimates shown or discussed are estimates only and are not final until you are approved by the carrier/provider and coverage is effectuated.
Marketplace vs. off-Marketplace. If you request health coverage information, we may discuss options both on and off the Marketplace. Off-Marketplace plans may not be eligible for Marketplace premium tax credits or cost-sharing reductions. Subsidy eligibility depends on household and address information and is determined by the Marketplace and/or carriers.
Data completeness. This website may not display all Qualified Health Plans (QHPs) available in your area. To see all Marketplace plans, visit Healthcare.gov.
Regulatory compliance. In offering this website and related services, TCC complies with applicable federal and state laws, including Marketplace privacy and security standards under 45 C.F.R. § 155.220(c)–(d) and § 155.260.
